- One single bed added € 30.00 per day
- In July, August, Easter, Christmas, New Year and bank holidays, the apartments Aia, Caciaiola and Granaio cost euro 240,00 per night regardless of the number of people who occupy them.
FURTHER INFORMATION
Tourist tax: the town rate of euro 1,00 per person per night is not included in the price. Children up to 14 years of age do not pay. The tourist tax is to be paid in cash on departure.
Breakfast: buffet breakfast with homemade produce.
Breakfast is served every day from 8.30am to 9.30am.
Restaurant: the restaurant is open for dinner from 7.30pm to 8.30pm, for lunch on Saturday and Sunday from 12.00pm to 14.00pm with a la carte menu. It is closed on Tuesdays and Sundays for dinner.
Season: from May to September the minimum stay is one week from Saturday to Saturday.
If you only want to spend a few days with us, please contact us, if possible we will be pleased to satisfy your requests.
Included: water, electricity, gas, free Wifi, pool towels and bed linen changed weekly, towels changed every 3 days, final cleaning.
Not included: kitchen linen, daily cleaning
Heating: In operation from November 1th to April 1th , heating is included. The thermostat is set at 20 °
Check-in / Check-out time: Check-in is from 03:00 p.m.; check out time: no later than 10:00 a.m. In case of early or late arrival (after 07:00 p.m.) you are kindly requested to contact us.
Swimming pool: open from May 01st to September 30th (opening period can vary due to weather conditions). The pool is 12×6 meters and 1.40 meters deep. Its use is reserved exclusively for guests.
Pets: Small pets are allowed, any damage caused by them will be charged to the owners.
Payment: we accept cash and Visa, Mastercard credit cards.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Booking and payment for your stay: The reservation is confirmed with a summary that will be sent by email to the Customer containing the terms for the stay requested, dates of stay and amounts. The reservation contract will be finalised through the sending of credit card details supplied as a guarantee, on our confirmation page with a secure SSL certified connection. The payment of a deposit is not required, in case of non-use of the booked stay, the percentage due will be taken directly from the credit card.
Cancellation fees and penalty:
- from time of booking up to 60 days before arrival there is no penalty
- from 60 days to 30 days before arrival 30% of the entire stay must be paid
- from 29 days to 20 days before arrival 50% of the entire stay must be paid
- from 19 days to 7 days before arrival 70% of the entire stay must be paid
- one week before arrival or in case of late arrival or early departure, the whole amount of the booking is due.
No amount will therefore be charged in advance and the stay will be settled on the premises, except in the case where it might prove necessary to apply fines for late cancellation or failure to arrive.
The Management reserves the right to check the validity of the credit card before your arrival (requesting authorisation from the issuing company) in order to guarantee the reservation, recontacting you immediately in case of failure to authorise and/or if the card is invalid.
